Loan Package Closing Fee

Price depends on package size and printing.
Scanbacks

Mobile Notary of Seattle has a mobile scanner and printer. We can scan and email documents back to you directly after the signing.
Document Drop

We will drop documents at title offices, UPS, FedEx, or USPS
HOSPITAL NOTARY
Rehabilitation Facilities, Assisted Living, and Independent Living.
Fee
$100 -125
We will notarize any documents for a set price of $100 -125 depending upon location. Includes service fee and any number of notary stamps needed.

When you have two life or financial planning packages, such as wills/powers of attorney/advanced directives/trusts, we offer discount pricing.
Witnesses
$70
Wills and some other documents sometimes require witnesses. There are no guarantees, but Mobile Notary of Seattle may sometimes be able to find witnesses for you. The fee is due and payable directly to the witness at the time of service.
